Larimar II Motor Yacht

A refit in 2024 brought Larimar II up to date: Bernard Olesinski drew her exterior and the yard that built her styled the interior, with panoramic windows lighting the saloon. She is an 82ft (25m) Princess motor yacht from 2017.

Where she cruises

Dubrovnik in Croatia is her home port, and she cruises Croatia, Montenegro and Greece, a coast of coves and bays to anchor in.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins, all en suite, sleep eight, and twelve can be aboard for a day on the water. The master takes the full beam below, with a double bed and underfloor heating in its bathroom; the VIP forward is full of daylight, a starboard twin converts, and another twin sits to port. Four crew, a chef among them, look after eight guests – a crew member for each pair on board.

Comfort under way

Zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady stopped as well as moving, which takes the roll out of a spell at anchor, and the planing hull cruises at 20 knots with 26 in reserve.

On deck

The flybridge carries a jacuzzi and a bar with views right round, and the hardtop's electric sunroof trades open sky for shade in moments. Forward there is walk-through seating and a sunpad with waterproof speakers; dining aft is shaded and in the open air, and a hydraulic swim platform the width of her beam makes the sea easy to reach.

Water toys

A Williams jet tender runs guests ashore, the SeaDoo jet ski takes a rider across the bay, and paddleboards, water skis and snorkelling gear are aboard; a Seabob comes on request.

Charter notes

Larimar II suits a family or a group of friends, her peak months July and August, and beyond the full week she takes three-day and single-day charters, so the same crewed boat can be had for a shorter hire.
