Kamoka Motor Yacht

Two Lift e-foil boards travel aboard Kamoka, and below deck her full-beam master suite comes with a study and a dressing room of its own, so the largest cabin has space to work and to dress that sits apart from the bed. She is an 85ft (26m) Numarine motor yacht built in 2023, finished inside in light colours and natural materials, with large windows that give her saloon and dining area a view out over the water from the table.

Water toys

A 13ft Novamarine tender runs guests ashore, and two bicycles go with them for the land. For the sea she carries a jet ski, a wing foil board, wakeboards and water-skis, then two Seabobs and two paddleboards, the boards enough for two to paddle at the same time.

Where she cruises

Kamoka's home port is in Corsica, in France, and from there she works the coasts of France, Monaco and Italy. The French Riviera and Sardinia are both within her range, along with the smaller bays of the western Mediterranean, and because her twin MAN engines burn 100 litres of fuel an hour she can take on the longer passages between them.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep eight guests: the king-size master, a double and two twins, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, and both twins convert into doubles. By day she can take twelve, so a larger party than the eight who sleep aboard can come out on the water with her. A captain and three crew look after them, which on an eight-guest yacht puts a crew member to every two guests, with July and August her two busiest months.

Comfort under way

Zero-speed stabilisers work when she is stopped as well as when she is moving, so she rolls less lying at anchor and less on passage, and she cruises at 10 knots with 14 knots as her top speed.

On deck

The flybridge is shaded and holds a dining table, so eating outdoors does not mean sitting in the sun, and the aft deck carries a second dining area. The foredeck is set out for sunbathing, and her swim platform lets a guest go straight from her deck into the sea.

Charter notes

Kamoka suits a family or a group of friends who plan to spend their days in the water, and she is available for hire by the day and for three days as well as for a full week. Scuba gear is carried aboard, so divers in the party can kit up and dive straight from her, and snorkelling gear covers everyone who would rather stay at the surface.
