About Kamoka
Eight guests across four cabins is a deliberately modest brief for an 85ft explorer, and Kamoka spends the volume elsewhere: on tankage, stabilisation and a crew of four to run her. Numarine delivered her from the 26XP series in 2023, and she comes to Boatcrowd from her berth in Monaco.
Build and provenance
She is built on Numarine's 26XP explorer platform, a displacement hull shaped for efficient long-range cruising rather than outright speed. At 26 metres and 85ft, with a beam of 6.6 metres and a draft of 2.1 metres, she carries the proportions the series is known for, and her stability at anchor and underway follows from that hull shape. Delivered in 2023, she has a short history rather than an inherited one, which for a buyer means a straightforward survey rather than a reconstructed one.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, and a crew of four look after them, a ratio that keeps a full boat comfortable rather than stretched. The full-beam owner's suite includes a private study and a separate dressing room, a layout choice that gives the principal cabin its own working space rather than folding it into the sleeping area. The remaining three cabins are each ensuite, with air conditioning and finishes brought up to a contemporary standard throughout.
Performance and engineering
Two 560hp MAN engines give her a ten-knot cruise and a top speed of fourteen knots: an explorer's pace, built for covering ground steadily rather than for a fast lunch run. Her stabilisation systems hold her level at anchor as well as underway, and a video walkthrough of her decks is available for a buyer who wants a first look before travelling to see her.
Recent works
Her recent works cover the mechanical side rather than the cosmetic: a service of her air conditioning system, attention to her MAN engines and their gearboxes, and maintenance on her generators, work completed rather than scheduled. For a buyer, that lowers the list of jobs waiting after handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
