Gemini 3 Motor Yacht

Generous open-air living space is a Maiora hallmark, and on Gemini 3 it comes with the benefit of a full 2023 refit that brought a repaint, an entirely new interior and a gyroscopic stabiliser; she is a motor yacht of 85ft (26m), built in 2002.

Where she cruises

Amalfi is her home port, she keeps a second base in Sardinia, and she cruises Italy, with July and August her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins take up to ten guests overnight, and twelve can be aboard for a day on the water. The master lies aft with a king bed and the VIP forward with a queen, while two twin cabins amidships each carry a pullman berth sized for children, and every cabin has its own bathroom, air conditioning and a smart television. A crew of four runs Gemini 3.

Comfort under way

Two Caterpillar engines give her a cruise of 19 knots and 25 knots at the top, with fuel use of 400 litres an hour at cruising speed. The gyroscopic stabiliser cuts roll both under way and lying at anchor, so there is less movement underfoot.

On deck

The aft deck is built around a bespoke dining table for meals in the open air, the flybridge has its own dining area and places to lounge out of the sun, and a sunbed sits at the bow.

Water toys

A 12ft Zodiac tender runs the party ashore, two Yamaha Wave Runners put two riders on the water at the same time, and a SUP board, inflatable toys and snorkelling gear are there for time in the water.

Charter notes

She suits two couples or a family, and alongside a full week she takes three-day charters, so a shorter hire in Italy is open to you as well.
