B.A.13 Superyacht

An e-foil leads the eight water toys B.A.13 carries, and it sets the tone for a week aboard her: a 98ft (30m) Ferretti superyacht built in 2024 and fitted out as much for time in the water as for time on deck.

On deck

A beach club opens her to the sea, and a swim platform puts the water a single step from the deck, so getting in and out is a step rather than a climb.

Water toys

Her 14ft Williams Jet Tender is the boat that goes ashore, while the toys stay with her. A Seadoo jet ski for a single rider and a Seabob travel aboard, water skis and a wakeboard give anyone who likes a tow both options, two paddleboards mean two can paddle off together, and snorkelling gear covers the water she lies in.

Where she cruises

Dubrovnik, in Croatia, is her home port, and her waters take in the rest of Croatia's coast and Montenegro's, two countries' coastlines within reach of a single base.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep ten guests overnight – a king, three queens and a twin – and up to twelve can be aboard by day. A crew of four looks after them. She is air-conditioned and carries Wi-Fi, so the interior stays cool and the group stays in touch with home.

Comfort under way

Most asked for through July and August, B.A.13 cruises at 22 knots with 28 knots at the top, so the miles between stops pass quickly, and her fuel use is 360 litres an hour, a plain figure for a boat of this speed.

Charter notes

B.A.13 suits two couples or a family of up to ten. A week is her usual charter, and three days is the shortest hire she takes, so a stay shorter than a week is open to the same party.
