Sol Shine Motor Yacht

A second tender rides with Sol Shine, a 32' Seafood Center Console alongside her 12m tender, so the fishing boat and the ride ashore need not be the same boat. She is a 96ft (29m) Ferretti motor yacht from 2014, refitted in 2023.

On deck

Her flybridge has sun loungers and a shaded seating area, with an exterior bar and sunpads on the bow as well, so there is somewhere to sit in the sun and out of it. The aft deck is laid out for eating in the open air, the foredeck lounge has its own table, and an outdoor shower and swim platform ease the way in and out of the water.

Water toys

Two Seabobs put two guests under water at once, and a pair of paddleboards covers the flat water nearby. Fishing and snorkelling gear come with her, and a beach set-up of canopy, chairs and a barbecue can be taken ashore.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Fort Lauderdale in the USA, and Sol Shine cruises the coast of the USA as well as the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos, so a party can keep to the shoreline or head further out.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep eight guests, which is also her limit by day, and a crew of two looks after them, her busiest months running January to March, May to August and December. Air conditioning and WiFi run throughout, and dumbbells, a yoga mat and electric bikes keep exercise possible without going ashore.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 10 knots with 28 knots available, so a longer passage can be cut short.

Charter notes

Sol Shine suits a family or friends in a party of eight, and she charters by the week or for three days, a day or a half-day hire, so a week aboard or a single day on the water both work.
