Astarte Motor Yacht

Six toys and a 14ft Zodiac tender travel with Astarte, a Ferretti motor yacht drawn inside and out by Zuccon and refitted in 2023. She dates from 2007 and measures 83ft (25m).

Water toys

A jet ski takes a rider off at speed, two sets of water skis and a wakeboard cover the towed sports, and fishing tackle and snorkelling gear suit guests who would rather stay in the water than skim across it. The Zodiac handles the trips ashore.

Where she cruises

Athens is her home port, and her charters keep to Greece, with July and August her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep nine guests overnight, and for a day on the water she can carry twelve. A crew of four runs her, handling the cooking, the tender and the cabins.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 23 knots with 28 knots at the top, so the miles between two points take less out of the day.

On deck

Her swim platform puts guests at sea level, so getting into the sea is a matter of stepping down rather than climbing.

Charter notes

Astarte suits two couples travelling together or a family, and on a week's hire in Greece the air conditioning throughout and the Wi-Fi aboard keep a longer stay comfortable.
