Ziacanaia Motor Yacht
About Ziacanaia
A crew of six looks after eleven guests aboard Ziacanaia, a 101ft (31m) motor yacht refitted in 2022, which leaves more than a crew member for every two people she sleeps. Ferretti built her in 2003 to a Giovanni Zuccon design, classic in its lines and modern in its detailing.
Where she cruises
Naples is her home port, and she cruises the waters of Italy, with July and August her peak months.
Accommodation and crew
Five cabins sleep eleven guests: the owner's cabin forward on the main deck, two VIP cabins and two more below, all doubles apart from a convertible cabin. Three king beds, a queen, a twin and a pullman berth account for all eleven on board, and the crew have quarters of their own.
Comfort under way
Twin MAN diesels give her a 12-knot cruise and 18 knots at the top, at 280 litres an hour, so there is speed in hand when there is ground to cover.
On deck
The saloon and dining area share the main deck, while the upper deck is given over to an open-air relaxing area. A jacuzzi sits out on deck, and the swim platform puts the sea a step away.
Water toys
A 13ft tender with an outboard runs the trips ashore, and two paddleboards let a pair go out together, with a Seabob, inflatable toys and snorkelling gear for the rest of the time in the water.
Charter notes
Ziacanaia suits two couples travelling together, or a family taking a week's hire in Italy, and twelve can be aboard when she goes out for the day rather than staying the night. Her crew runs the boat and the tender, which leaves the guests free for the water.
