Sea Dragon Motor Yacht

Stabilisers that work at rest as well as under way are the piece of engineering that counts most aboard Sea Dragon: less roll at anchor and less roll when she is moving. Elegance Yachts built this 76ft (23m) motor yacht in 1998, and she was refitted in 2022.

On deck

Her swim platform is the way into the water and the way back aboard. Air conditioning runs through her cabins and Wi-Fi reaches throughout, which keeps the interior cool and the group online.

Water toys

A Seabob and two SUP boards travel with her, the pair of boards putting two paddlers out at the same time, while water skis, a wakeboard and a towable donut cover the towing. Snorkelling gear is aboard as well, and an 11ft Williams tender takes people ashore.

Where she cruises

Mallorca is home port for Sea Dragon, and her cruising stays within Spain, the peak of her year falling in July and August.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins, each with a double bed, sleep eight guests, and a crew of three runs the boat for them.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 18 knots with 28 at the top end, so she covers distance quickly when the group decides to move.

Charter notes

Sea Dragon suits a family, and a group of friends just as well; on a charter in Spain up to fourteen can be aboard by day, more than the number of berths, so the party is not limited to those who sleep on board.
