Why Not Motor Yacht

A jacuzzi sits out on her deck, warm water in the open air, and she came through a refit in 2025. Why Not is the work of Dominator, a 78ft (24m) motor yacht built in 2012.

Water toys

Her tender is a Williams Jet 385, which runs guests ashore and pulls the water skis and wakeboard along behind it. Two Seabobs are aboard, so a pair of guests can take to the water together, and there is snorkelling gear for a slower look under the surface.

Where she cruises

Mykonos is her home port, and Greece is the whole of her cruising ground; she works no coast outside Greece, with July and August her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Three cabins sleep six guests, two doubles and a twin, and a crew of four looks after them. Twelve can be aboard by day, so a wider group of family and friends can come along.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 26 knots and has 31 in hand, on a fuel burn of 430 litres an hour, so a more distant anchorage is still within reach.

Charter notes

Why Not suits a family or a group of friends who want the whole boat to themselves, and she goes out by the week, for three days, or for a single day, so a group can hire her for as long or as short a trip as they want.
