About Olimp

A water slide with its own stairs drops from Olimp into the sea, and it is a fair introduction to how she is laid out: ten cabins for twenty guests across her main and lower decks, on a 170ft (52m) Custom Made motor yacht built in 2017 and refitted in 2026. The Rakuljič family created her, and she takes her name from the mountain.

Water toys

Two jet skis carry two riders at a time, and alongside them go two Seabobs, two paddleboards, a kayak, two sets of water skis, a wakeboard and towable rings and tubes for anyone who would rather be pulled than paddle. Olimp also carries an e-foil and snorkelling gear for looking at what lies beneath her, a swim platform brings guests down to sea level, and a 13ft tender takes them ashore.

Where she cruises

Split, on the coast of Croatia, is her home port, and Croatia is where she cruises: an Adriatic shore of islands and bays where a yacht can anchor with no other boat in sight, and of small villages with konobas where dinner can be arranged ashore; July and August are her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Three grand master suites come with walk-in closets: a single suite on the main deck and two of 30 square metres each on the lower deck. Two further master cabins of 20 square metres sit on the main deck with walk-in closets of their own, and a VIP cabin, two double cabins and two twin cabins make up the rest, each with a private bathroom of its own. A crew of eleven looks after a full party, which works out at more than one crew member for every two guests.

Comfort under way

Olimp cruises at 10 knots and 12 knots is her maximum, so any passage along the coast is made without hurry.

Inside

A cinema with a full-size screen and deep sofas, and a cigar lounge with fewer chairs and lower light, give a large party more than a single room to gather in. The gym holds weights and cardio machines beneath a window onto the sea, and the spa, walled in onyx lit from within, gives treatments aboard, so nobody has to go ashore for them.

Charter notes

Olimp suits a large family or a group of friends who travel as a single party, and she is hired by the week, with three days the shortest booking she takes. For a group of that size the 6 by 6 metre floating sea pool matters: a square of enclosed, still sea off her side that everyone can swim in at the same time.
