Riva Motor Yacht

Sixty guests can be aboard Riva by day and thirty-six can sleep aboard, so the company on the water can be far larger than the company that stays the night. Custom Made delivered this 157ft (48m) motor yacht in 2018.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 9 knots, a steady pace rather than a quick passage, and she carries air conditioning and Wi-Fi, which keeps a long day aboard cool and connected.

On deck

The deck jacuzzi is out in the open air, and the swim platform gives the sea a proper step down, so getting into the water and back out again is easy.

Water toys

Six toys travel with her: two SUP boards, so a pair of paddlers can be out at the same time, along with a kayak, water skis, a floating mat and snorkelling gear. An 18ft tender takes guests ashore.

Where she cruises

Split, in Croatia, is home for Riva, and she ranges through Croatia and south along the coast into Montenegro.

Accommodation and crew

Eighteen cabins, twelve of them doubles and six twins, hold the overnight party, and her season peaks in July and August.

Charter notes

Riva charters by the week, and a hire of that length suits a large family travelling as a single group, or friends who would otherwise be split between smaller boats. A crew of eleven runs her, so the working of the week sits with them rather than with the guests.
