Lady Amanda Motor Yacht

Her full-beam master suite has a queen bed, a desk, a sofa and a walk-in wardrobe, with a spa bath and a sit-down shower in the ensuite, and internal stairs climb from the forward end of the saloon to the flybridge, so the top deck is reached without going outdoors. Lady Amanda is a 98ft (30m) Couach motor yacht, refitted in 2021.

Where she cruises

Cannes is her home port in France, and her cruising covers the coast of France, Monaco and Italy, a shoreline of harbour towns and bays quiet enough to swim from.

Accommodation and crew

Ten guests sleep in four ensuite cabins, and twelve can be aboard for a day on the water. The pullman berths in the two doubles suit children, and a crew of four runs her.

Comfort under way

A planing hull in GRP and Kevlar and twin MTU engines give her a 22-knot cruise, a top speed of 26 and a burn of 490 litres an hour, so she gets between bays quickly.

On deck

The flybridge takes a Jacuzzi, a bar with a fridge and a bimini for shade, dining is on the aft deck, and the foredeck carries sun cushions and seating.

Water toys

A water slide drops from the flybridge into the sea, and an inflatable ocean pool gives an enclosed patch of water to swim in. Two Seabobs and an underwater scooter take swimmers below the surface, and waterskis and a wakeboard are there for being towed. The toys stow in a garage on the swim platform, and a 16ft tender takes guests ashore.

Charter notes

Lady Amanda suits two couples sharing her or a family with children, and she can be booked by the week, for three days or for a day's hire, in a season at its height in July and August. Starlink supplies the Wi-Fi, so the connection holds at anchor.
