Silentworld Superyacht

Scuba diving equipment travels aboard Silentworld with the rest of her water toys, and zero-speed stabilisers keep her level while she lies stopped, so there is less roll for a diver stepping off her or climbing back aboard. Inigo Echenique drew both her exterior and her interior, and Cies - Oassive built her as a 129ft (40m) superyacht, the only yacht from that builder in the Boatcrowd fleet.

Water toys

Nine toys come with Silentworld, and they divide between what goes under the surface and what stays on it. Snorkelling gear works at the surface while the scuba set takes the same water at depth, and stand-up paddleboards and a kayak move under their own power for time above the waterline. A wakeboard and a towable tube are there to be pulled at speed, the inflatable toys simply float, and fishing tackle is aboard as well. Her beach tender carries guests ashore and back.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Phuket, in Thailand, and she cruises the waters of Thailand, Malaysia and Myanmar, which gives a charter three countries to draw on rather than a single coastline.

Accommodation and crew

Six cabins sleep twelve guests, and a crew of six – aboard in the December-to-March high season as in every other month – looks after them. Air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi keep her cool and connected wherever she lies.

Comfort under way

She was built in 2006 and refitted in 2023, and she moves at a 10-knot cruise with 20 knots in hand when there is distance to cover between anchorages.

On deck

A deck jacuzzi puts a hot soak in the open air, and a gym aboard means a training routine does not have to pause for the trip.

Charter notes

Silentworld suits divers before anybody else, and after them couples travelling together or a family who want a yacht that takes them into the water rather than only across it. On a hire with her, twelve is the limit by day as well as overnight, so the party aboard at anchor is never larger than the party that sleeps aboard.
