Option B Superyacht

Option B's beach club opens her to the water at sea level, so the step from deck to sea is short rather than a climb down from above. She is a Benetti superyacht of 121ft (37m), built in 2012 and brought up to date in a 2022 refit.

Comfort under way

Her stabilisers work at zero speed, so the roll is damped while she lies at anchor and not only while she is moving. She cruises at 13 knots and holds 18 knots in hand, enough to shorten a longer passage between anchorages.

On deck

Her sundeck is large and carries a bar as well as a jacuzzi, so the top of the boat has its own drinks and its own warm water and there is no reason to go below for either. She completes the way down to the water with a swim platform, a level step into the sea.

Water toys

Her 18ft Williams tender is the boat that takes people ashore, and for towing she carries a Jobe Crusher, a Jobe Tornado and a banana. Water skis come in two sizes, a Jobe combo set and a shorter Jobe trainer pair made for children, so the youngest in a family can be pulled on skis of their own. Two jet skis, a stand-up Yamaha Wave Runner and a Seadoo, let two riders go out at the same time, two Seabobs carry two more, and an inflatable Jobe paddleboard, an inflatable surf and snorkelling gear are there for whoever prefers to move under their own power or simply look at what is under her.

Where she cruises

Athens is Option B's home port, and her cruising area takes in Greece on both the Aegean, where the Cyclades lie, and the Ionian, and runs on to Turkey. Croatia is within it too, which gives a booking party a wide choice of coast to point her at.

Accommodation and crew

Six suites sleep twelve guests, with the master carrying its own office and ensuite bathroom, and the VIP, the doubles and the twins ensuite as well. Seven crew look after them under an experienced captain, with July and August her peak months.

Charter notes

Option B is offered for a full week's charter or for a shorter hire, and she suits two couples as well as a family. Her limit by day is the same twelve she sleeps, so nobody comes aboard who does not also have a bed of their own for the night.
