M2 Motor Yacht

A water slide and a 42ft MTI towed tender come with M2, along with a 12ft Axis RIB for trips ashore – rare kit on a boat of her size. She is a Benetti motor yacht of 120ft (37m), built in 2008 and refitted in 2018.

Comfort under way

Her stabilisers work at zero speed, so roll is damped while she lies still and not only while she is under way. She cruises at 10 knots, with 12 at the top.

On deck

M2's sundeck is divided in three, with a jacuzzi forward. Casual seating on the aft deck takes ten, and a single button opens the main salon to it. The skylounge holds more seating under large windows, with its deck just outside.

Water toys

Two Seadoo Spark jet skis mean two riders can head out together, and there are two Seabobs as well; water skis, a wakeboard, a kneeboard and a doughnut are there for towing. Two rigid paddleboards let two paddle off at the same time, with an inflatable pool deck as well, and fishing and snorkelling gear is aboard; the swim platform puts the water a step down.

Where she cruises

Harbour Island in the Bahamas is her home port, and the Bahamas is her cruising ground the year through, December to March her busiest months.

Accommodation and crew

Five staterooms sleep ten guests, with a king bed in the full-beam main-deck master, two queens and two twins; the master bathroom is white marble, with a rainfall shower and a jacuzzi tub. Twelve can come aboard for the day, and seven crew look after them.

Charter notes

M2 suits a family or two couples sharing her for a week's charter, and up to 80 can be aboard for a celebration. Her shortest hire is three days, so a short break works as well as a full week.
