Shipyard Italy est. 1915
Mondomarine Yacht Charter
The Savona yard opened in 1915 as Campanella and spent most of a century repairing commercial ships. Superyacht building came in the 1970s under new ownership and the Mondomarine name, which is why the place feels more like a shipyard than a boat factory.

About the shipyard
It works in aluminium and steel from roughly 40m to 75m, largely to individual briefs. The consequence for a charterer is that there is no house layout to learn: each hull reflects whoever commissioned it, so the specific yacht tells you far more than the badge does. Palumbo Superyachts took the yard over in 2018.
Under Palumbo the yard sits alongside ISA, Columbus and Extra Yachts, which matters for support: a group that size keeps refit and service capability available for hulls built decades ago, and at 40m to 75m that infrastructure is not optional.
