Moonlight Luxury Catamaran
About Moonlight
A Seabob travels with Moonlight, and her swim platform puts the sea a step below the deck, so getting in and out of the water asks nothing of anyone. She is a 58ft (18m) luxury catamaran built by Moon Yacht in 2022.
Accommodation and crew
Five cabins sleep nine guests overnight, and for a day on the water she can carry twelve aboard. A crew of three runs her for those nine, and with air conditioning in the cabins and Wi-Fi across the boat, a group can stay cool and stay connected without going ashore.
Comfort under way
She cruises at 9 knots and reaches 12, enough for hops from anchorage to anchorage without long hours under way.
Water toys
A 15ft tender carries the group ashore, while water skis, a wakeboard and snorkelling gear take care of the time spent off the back of the boat.
Where she cruises
Athens, in Greece, is Moonlight's home port, and her cruising stays inside Greece, her busiest months being July and August.
Charter notes
Two couples sharing the boat, or a family, suit her scale best. A week's charter is the usual booking and three days the shortest hire, so Moonlight works for a long weekend on the water as readily as for a full week.
