Allegra Sailing Catamaran

A Seabob and fishing tackle come with Allegra, a 63ft (20m) sailing catamaran that Lagoon built in 2021.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 10 knots and her top speed is 16, so there is scope to shift to another anchorage instead of staying put.

On deck

Her swim platform makes getting into the sea and back out again easy, which counts when snorkelling gear and boards are in use.

Water toys

Her water kit is aimed squarely at the sea: a Seabob and snorkelling gear for what lies below the surface, a kayak and SUP boards for paddling clear of the boat, water skis, a wakeboard, a towable tube and other inflatables, and a beach tender.

Where she cruises

Tahiti is Allegra's home port and French Polynesia her cruising ground, worked through the whole year, with December, January and February her peak months. Nothing in her programme takes her beyond French Polynesia.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins sleep ten guests, looked after by a crew of three. Satellite television, video on demand and a PlayStation are aboard, and air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep the interior cool and the group in touch.

Charter notes

Allegra suits a family, or couples travelling together, who would rather be in the water than ashore, and she can also be hired for the day, when twelve can be aboard. Divers gain most from her, since scuba diving is part of what she offers, so guests can get under the water as easily as on it.
