Gourmet Power Catamaran

A 2022 refit is the most recent work on Gourmet, a 45ft (14m) Lagoon power catamaran launched in 2018, with December, January, February and March her peak months.

Water toys

SUP boards and a kayak travel with her, so guests can paddle away from the boat under their own power, and snorkelling gear is aboard for anyone who wants to see what lies under the hull. Her beach tender carries the party ashore.

Where she cruises

Simpson Bay in St Martin is her home port, and she cruises St Martin, Anguilla and St Barths, so guests are not tied to a single stretch of coast.

Accommodation and crew

A crew of two runs her, which means the guests have nothing to do with running the boat.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 8 knots and will run to 12, a pace suited to short moves between bays rather than long crossings. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are both aboard, so nobody has to go ashore to get online.

Charter notes

Full days and half days both work aboard her, and a half-day hire suits a group that wants a shorter time out. As many as 20 guests can be with her by day, so a large party stays together on the water rather than splitting between boats.
