Indigo III Power Catamaran

Twelve guests can be aboard Indigo III for a day on the water, double the six she sleeps, so a wider group can join than can stay the night, and she uses 45 litres of fuel an hour. A 2020 refit brought the 60ft (18m) power catamaran Horizon delivered in 2013 up to date.

Accommodation and crew

Three air-conditioned cabins sleep six guests – a king, a queen and a twin – so a family can spread between double and twin berths. Two crew run her, and Wi-Fi reaches through the yacht, which means the group can stay in touch without going ashore.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 12 knots with 16 knots at the top end, so there is speed in hand when she is moving between islands.

On deck

Her swim platform turns a swim into a step down from the deck rather than a jump off it.

Water toys

A 14ft tender takes guests ashore, two SUP boards send two paddlers out at the same time, and she is equipped for snorkelling and for fishing.

Where she cruises

Her home port is in the Abacos and she runs all year, at her busiest across December, January, February and March.

Charter notes

Indigo III suits a family or a group of friends, and with a minimum charter of three days a short stay aboard works as well as a longer stretch of the Bahamas.
