About Ami
A sky lounge is one of Ami's on-deck spaces, an enclosed room to set against the open sun deck alongside it. Sanlorenzo built her as an SX112 in 2023, with exteriors drawn by Zuccon International and interiors by Lissoni Associati, a pairing that shows in decks built for being outside and rooms built for light.
Build and provenance
She is a flybridge motor yacht on a monohull, 34 metres long and 112 feet, with a beam of 8 metres and a draft of 1.9 metres, and she measures 245 gross tonnes. Zuccon International drew her exterior lines and Lissoni Associati designed the interiors, a combination that puts the SX series' outdoor-focused layout behind a calmer, more minimal set of rooms below.
Layout and accommodation
Nine guests are accommodated with a crew of five to look after them, across four cabins, a ratio that leans towards attentive service. The sky lounge is an enclosed room, a sheltered place to be when the sun deck is too bright or the evening turns cool.
Performance and engineering
Four 1,000 hp Volvo Penta IPS3 1350SD engines, with around 900 hours run since new, give Ami an 18-knot cruise and a 23-knot top speed. Zero-speed stabilisers hold her level once she stops, and a bow thruster helps place her alongside without extra hands on deck.
On deck and at anchor
A full-beam beach club opens to the water for swimming, with a sauna and gym alongside it for days spent at anchor. On deck the sun deck, the sky lounge and the swimming platform add three more places to be outside or under cover, and sunpads and underwater lights round out the evenings once the engines are off. Wi-Fi and air conditioning keep her comfortable in between.
Where she lies and how to see her
Ami lies in Genoa, Italy. Boatcrowd sets up each viewing and attends in person, and once an offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial are arranged before the sale goes through.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
