About Just Marie III
The owner's stateroom aboard Just Marie III opens directly onto a sea-level gym, putting the most private room on board next to the most active one. Sanlorenzo delivered her as an SX112 in 2021, and that same idea, wellness space instead of another sitting room, carries through the rest of the layout.
Build and provenance
Zuccon International Project drew her exterior and Piero Lissoni designed the interiors, a pairing that shows in the open-plan social spaces running the length of the boat. She is a fibreglass monohull, 34 metres, 112 feet, with a beam of 8 metres and 228 gross tonnes. Her Volvo Penta IPS propulsion is built into that hull for manoeuvrability and smooth handling.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests are accommodated across four cabins, three doubles and one convertible cabin that can be set up either way, with a crew of five to run the boat. The owner's suite is the one that opens onto the gym, and the open-plan salon and dining areas flow into each other rather than being divided into separate rooms.
Performance and engineering
Four 1,000 hp Volvo Penta IPS3 1350S D138 engines give Just Marie III a 20-knot cruise and a 24-knot top speed, with a draught of 1.9 metres and a range of 1,600 nautical miles. Zero-speed stabilisers hold her steady both at anchor and under way.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club at the waterline, with fold-down balconies on both sides, turns the stern into an open-air lounge at anchor. The sundeck above adds sunpads and space for entertaining, and WiFi and air conditioning run through the boat for whichever the day calls for, staying connected or simply cooling off.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
