About Hayat
Owning a yacht her age means budgeting for the works that keep her current, and Hayat already has hers behind her. Sanlorenzo built her in 2021 as part of the SL102 Asymmetric series, and by 2024 she had been refitted, so a buyer inherits a hull that is current rather than overdue. At 31 metres she pairs Italian speed with a five-cabin layout built for family use, the kind of yacht that asks less of an owner from day one.
Build and provenance
Zuccon International Project drew her exterior and H2 Yacht Design her interior, a Sanlorenzo pairing that puts the SL102 Asymmetric concept to work: extra glass and a more open main deck that widen the natural light without changing her GRP hull or superstructure. The 2024 refit sits three years after her 2021 build, keeping her specification current for a buyer who wants a yacht ready to run rather than one waiting on a yard list.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep across five cabins, with five crew to look after them, close to a one-to-two ratio that keeps her fully staffed rather than lean. The asymmetric layout gives the main deck more openness than a conventional design divides into, so guests spend their day in a wider room rather than one split by structure.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU engines carry Hayat to a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 28 knots, well into planing territory: fast enough for a same-day run between ports rather than an overnight passage. Her GRP hull and superstructure are built for that pace, keeping her light for her 180 gross tonnes and quick onto the plane.

Hayat lies in Viareggio, Italy. Boatcrowd sets up her viewings and is there for each one, and once a buyer's offer on her is accepted, survey and sea trial come next, ahead of handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
