A three-year build history is a short one to judge a yacht by, and Unique S makes the case for reading it carefully rather than looking for decades of comparison. Sanlorenzo delivered her in 2023, and the pairing behind her lines, the yard's own naval architects and the Zuccon International Project studio on the exterior, is the kind of detail a buyer notices once they know to look for it.
Build and provenance
Unique S is a monohull motor yacht in Sanlorenzo's flybridge range, built at 36 metres with a 7.9-metre beam and a draught of 2 metres, carrying 290 gross tonnes across that footprint. With no refit behind her, a surveyor's report on Unique S today reads as a picture of how she has been kept since delivery rather than a history of changes.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests are accommodated in five cabins, with a crew of seven to look after them, a ratio that leaves room for attentive service at every meal. The owner's cabin sits on the main deck, and four further double cabins are arranged on the deck below, so guests and family can spread out rather than share a single level.
Performance and engineering
Two engines rated at 3,244 horsepower give Unique S a 14-knot cruise and 18 knots at full throttle, speeds built for covering ground between anchorages in comfort rather than for outright pace. Her 32,000-litre fuel tank supports longer runs along the coast between stops.
On deck and at anchor
The sun deck is her principal outdoor room, open air above the flybridge and the obvious place to spend an afternoon once the anchor is down.
Where she lies and how to see her
Unique S lies in Imperia, Italy. Boatcrowd represents her sale and sets up every viewing in person, and once an offer is accepted we handle the survey and sea trial that follow. She also sits in our charter fleet, based out of Antibes and operating along the coasts of France, Monaco and Italy, so a buyer who wants time aboard before committing can charter her first.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
