Azimut Seadeck 9 Motor Yacht
About Azimut Seadeck 9
Three Volvo D13 engines on IPS pod drives give the Azimut Seadeck 9 a 35-knot top speed, on a 26-metre, 84-foot hull that Azimut is building in Italy for delivery in 2026. A hull of GRP and carbon fibre is the base she is engineered from, chosen to keep weight down where speed depends on it.
Build and provenance
Alberto Mancini drew the exterior styling and Matteo Thun, working with Antonio Rodriguez, designed the interior, a pairing that gives the Seadeck 9 both a distinct profile on the water and finishes set out room by room. She is still under construction, with 2026 as her expected delivery year.
Layout and accommodation
Sixteen guests are her design capacity, spread across four cabins, and That separation keeps day-to-day running out of sight of anyone aboard as an owner or a guest.
Performance and engineering
The standard fit is three Volvo D13 IPS1200 engines at 900 hp each, with an upgrade to IPS1350 pod drives available for a buyer who wants more in reserve. Her range is quoted at 350 nautical miles, and a Seakeeper 26 gyroscopic stabiliser holds her level at anchor as well as under way, useful on a hull tuned for speed.
Where she lies and how to see her
The Azimut Seadeck 9 lies in Italy while she is being finished. Boatcrowd will take you to see her as construction nears completion, and stand with you at the viewing. Once you accept an offer, a survey and a sea trial follow, ahead of handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
