About Nirvana by the Sea
Three crew looking after ten guests in five ensuite cabins is the ratio behind Nirvana By The Sea: full service without a large crew to house or manage. Azimut completed her as a Grande 27M in 2019.
Build and provenance
She is an Azimut Grande 27M, a flybridge motor yacht with a fibreglass monohull, finished to a standard of fit and sound insulation that keeps the cabins quiet even when she is running at speed.
Layout and accommodation
Ten guests sleep in five cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom, while the three crew live apart in their own quarters, keeping full-time service on hand without guests feeling watched. The flybridge adds a second living room above deck, with a dinette and a bar for the open air.
Performance and engineering
Twin 3,800 hp engines give her a 24-knot cruise and a 28-knot top speed, with zero-speed stabilisers to hold her level at anchor as well as underway. A water maker keeps her self-sufficient away from a dock, and her toy inventory runs from a jet tender to a Seabob, a wakeboard and water-ski set, and a canoe.

Nirvana By The Sea is currently in Marmaris, Turkey. We put together viewings there and are present for each one, and once an accepted offer is in hand, the survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
