P62 Motor Yacht

Twelve guests can be aboard P62 by day, more than she has beds for, so a family or a group of friends can bring others out with them without needing a cabin for each. She is a 62ft (19m) motor yacht from Pearl, built in 2023.

Accommodation and crew

Overnight she sleeps eight in four cabins, two with queen beds and two with twin berths, so not every pair aboard has to share a bed. A crew of two runs her and looks after whoever is aboard, staying the night or out for the day, and the cabins are air-conditioned, which keeps them cool for sleeping.

Comfort under way

P62 carries stabilisers that work while she is moving, not only at rest, so she rolls less on passage than she would without them. Her cruising speed is 17 knots and her top speed 27, and at either pace the miles between stops pass quickly with the stabilisers doing their work the whole way.

Water toys

Five toys travel aboard her: two stand-up paddleboards, so two guests can paddle off at the same time; water skis and a towable donut to be pulled behind a boat; and snorkelling gear for whatever lies under the surface. A 12ft tender goes with her to take guests ashore and back.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Mallorca, in Spain, and Spain is the whole of her cruising ground, with her season at its height in July and August.

Charter notes

P62 suits a family or a set of friends who want her for two kinds of trip: the household sleeping aboard for a week, and a bigger party gathered for a single day. She is offered for charter by the week and can also be hired by the day, so the full day party can come aboard without anyone committing to a week.
