Pardo Power Boat
About Pardo
A cruise of 30 knots and 40 knots when she is opened up is real pace for a boat of this size, and it changes what a day afloat can include: a cove or a dive site further along the coast is no longer a long haul. This 38ft (12m) Pardo is a power boat from 2020.
On deck
The swim platform is the piece of her that earns its keep: it holds the water a step from the deck, which matters in fins, or coming back aboard with a tank on.
Water toys
Scuba diving and snorkelling both travel with her, so part of the group can go down with gear while the rest stay at the surface with a mask over the same water.
Where she cruises
Pardo's home port is Paros, and Greece is the water she covers, with July and August her peak months.
Accommodation and crew
Up to 10 guests come aboard for a day on the water, and a crew of 2 runs her, handling the boat and the kit so the party can concentrate on swimming and diving.
Charter notes
She is a boat for people who come for what is under the surface rather than for the size of the guest list, and divers visiting Greece will get the most from her, with a half-day hire working as well as a full day.
