San Francesko Power Boat
About San Francesko
Twenty-eight knots is a genuine turn of speed in a boat of 30ft (10m), and San Francesko has it in hand when the water opens up, which widens the choice of where to stop and swim. Mimi Shipyard built this power boat in 2015.
Water toys
A beach tender travels with her, so guests can go ashore and come back without the boat itself coming alongside. Snorkelling gear comes too, for time in the water at an anchorage.
Where she cruises
Positano, in Italy, is her home port and the place guests step aboard, and all of her cruising is done within Italy, with July and August the busiest months of her year.
Accommodation and crew
A single air-conditioned cabin sleeps two overnight, and a crew of one runs her, so the people aboard are guests rather than hands.
Comfort under way
She settles at 18 knots, quick enough to make a stop further along the coast an easy choice.
Charter notes
San Francesko suits a couple who want a small, fast boat and someone else to run it. Six can be on board for a day out, either as a full day charter or a half-day hire, and for two the cabin below makes her somewhere to stay the night as well.
