Helios Motor Yacht

A 2017 refit brought Helios up to date: a 92ft (28m) motor yacht whose exterior and interior both came from Lazzara, the yard that built her in 2012.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep six guests overnight, while by day she can carry twelve, twice the number who stay the night, and a crew of three looks after whoever is aboard. She is air-conditioned and carries Wi-Fi, which keeps the group in touch with home.

Comfort under way

Twenty knots is her working pace, with 26 knots in reserve, and her busiest months fall in December and then January through March.

On deck

Her swim platform sits down at sea level, which turns a swim into a step off the boat and an easy climb back.

Water toys

Six toys travel with her: a water slide that finishes in the sea, a trampoline, a towable banana and a donut, and further inflatables besides. Snorkelling and fishing are both catered for, and a beach tender handles the runs ashore.

Where she cruises

Sandy Ground, on Anguilla, is her home port, and her cruising covers Anguilla, St Martin and St Barths.

Charter notes

She fits a family, or friends travelling together, and she takes day hire as well as three-day charters, so a short stay aboard is as workable as a longer booking.
