Moana Power Boat
About Moana
Eleven guests can come aboard Moana for a day on the water, and for an event she takes up to twenty. Her all-carbon sunroof slides sideways out of the hull to shade the aft cockpit, and it holds the speakers for her sound system. She is a 46ft (14m) Frauscher power boat, built in 2021.
Accommodation and crew
Two double cabins sleep four guests overnight, and inside there is a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette and fridges. A single crew member looks after the four aboard, and the interior is air-conditioned with Wi-Fi throughout.
Comfort under way
She cruises at 25 knots with 40 knots available and uses 120 litres an hour, so a bay further along the coast comes quickly.
On deck
A large bathing platform makes stepping into the sea straightforward, and the outdoor galley keeps the cooking in the open air. In the bow a table converts into a wide sunbed, and there is seating around her for the group.
Water toys
Snorkelling gear travels with her, so an anchorage can be seen from below the surface as well as above.
Where she cruises
Moana's home port is St Tropez in France, and she works the coast of France and across to Monaco, with the bays and marinas of the Cote d'Azur in range.
Charter notes
Moana suits two couples, each with a double cabin of their own, with July and August her busiest months. She can also be chartered by the day, and on a day's hire eleven can be aboard, well past the four beds, so a group larger than the four who sleep can join for the hours on the water.
