Estia Yi Motor Yacht

A refit in 2021 brought Estia Yi up to date, and the 88ft (27m) Ferretti motor yacht behind that work dates from 2004.

Where she cruises

Athens is her home port, and she cruises Greece and only Greece, with July and August her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins take nine guests overnight, and by day she can have twelve aboard. Five crew look after them, which on a boat of her size means a pair of hands free whenever something is wanted. The cabins are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi reaches across her, so nobody has to go ashore to get online.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 19 knots and holds 27 at the top end, using 480 litres an hour, so a move between anchorages is quick work rather than a day's job.

Water toys

The tender is a 13ft Avon, which does the runs ashore. Of the seven toys aboard, the jet ski is the one that sends a rider off alone, while the water skis, the wakeboard and the kneeboard all work on a tow line behind a boat. Fishing and snorkelling are provided for as well, for slower time on and in the water, and the swim platform makes climbing back out of it easy.

Charter notes

Estia Yi suits two couples sharing her, or a family. A week is how she usually goes out, and a shorter rental is possible too, so a family can choose the length of their time aboard.
