Day Off Motor Yacht

Zuccon is behind both the exterior and the interior of Day Off, an 88ft (27m) Ferretti motor yacht built in 2006 and refitted in 2016, and she runs with a crew of five.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep ten guests overnight: two doubles and two twins with pullman berths, a twin among them converting to a double. Those five crew look after no more than ten aboard, so a guest is never long without someone to ask.

Comfort under way

ARG stabilisers hold the roll down under way and steady her when she is stopped, and she cruises at 22 knots with 31 knots available, using 500 litres an hour.

On deck

Her beach platform gives her a deck right at the waterline for getting into and out of the sea. A jacuzzi sits on the flybridge, out in the open air, and the master cabin's oversized windows keep the sea in view from inside.

Water toys

A 12ft tender runs guests ashore, while the jet ski, the waterskis, the kneeboard and the towable ring cover the fast water. A paddleboard, a kayak and snorkelling gear are there for quieter swimming, and four folding e-bikes travel with her for riding once ashore.

Where she cruises

Day Off keeps her home port at Santorini in Greece, and she cruises the archipelago of Greece, where islands sit within reach of each other, with July and August her peak months. Her galley turns out Greek cooking.

Charter notes

Day Off suits two couples travelling together or a family on charter, and with twelve able to be aboard by day, the water side of her week can include guests who are not sleeping aboard.
