Tonic Blue Superyacht

A jacuzzi on deck, out in the open air, and a refit in 2024: those are the two things to know first about Tonic Blue, a 95ft (29m) Benetti superyacht delivered in 2019.

Where she cruises

Her home port is Amalfi, in Italy, and she cruises the waters of Italy and France, so two coastlines are open to the people aboard her.

Accommodation and crew

Five air-conditioned cabins sleep eleven guests, and a crew of five runs the boat and looks after them; Wi-Fi throughout means the group can stay in touch from aboard.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 12 knots with 14 at the top end, a measured pace better suited to working along a shoreline than to charging from port to port.

On deck

The sun deck gives her a room in the open, an exterior bar keeps drinks to hand outside, and a swim platform at the waterline turns a swim into a matter of stepping down and climbing back up.

Water toys

Seven toys travel with Tonic Blue. A jet ski and a pair of Seabobs put riders in the water under power, water skis and a wakeboard suit anyone who wants a tow, and a paddleboard and snorkelling gear cover the quieter end of the day; a 16ft Williams jet tender handles the runs ashore.

Charter notes

She suits two couples sharing a boat, or a family with the cabins filled, and her charter runs by the week, July and August being the peak of her year. For a day on the water she can take twelve, a hire with room for more than her overnight number.
