Quixotic Sailing Catamaran

A refit in 2018 is the most recent work on Quixotic, the 43ft (13m) sailing catamaran Voyage Yachts built in 2008.

Water toys

Two SUP boards ride with her, so a pair can paddle off at the same time, and a kayak gives another way to move under paddle power. Snorkelling gear is aboard for time below the surface, fishing tackle comes with the hire so a line can go out, and an 11ft tender runs the group ashore and back.

Where she cruises

Quixotic keeps her home port at Nadi, in Fiji, where a charter with her begins and ends, and Fiji is the whole of her cruising range, sailed through the year with December, January and February her peak months.

Accommodation and crew

Four cabins sleep six guests. The berths are queens, the cabins are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi runs through the boat. Two crew sail her and run the boat for the guests aboard.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 8 knots, with 12 knots at the top of her range.

Charter notes

Quixotic fits a family as easily as a group of friends travelling together; by day the number aboard can rise to twelve, more than sleep aboard, so a larger party can be out on the water with her than stays the night.
