Che Sailing Catamaran

Sunreef Yachts gave Che two tenders, an 18ft Ribeye with a 115hp Yamaha and a 13ft Takakat inflatable catamaran with a 10hp Honda, so two boats can be away from her at once. She is a 114ft (35m) sailing catamaran, launched in 2010 and refitted in 2021.

On deck

The deck jacuzzi is open to the sky, and twin swim platforms put the sea a step away from two separate points.

Water toys

Two Seascooters and two paddleboards each take a pair out at a time, and water skis and a wakeboard are there for anyone who wants a tow. Floating platforms of 10ft and 12ft square, a hammock in a 12ft ring and armchairs that float turn the water itself into seating. Snorkelling gear comes in children's sizes as well as adults', the tackle covers trolling and casting, and the crew film and photograph with the cameras and drones kept aboard.

Where she cruises

Che cruises Fiji and works year-round from her home port at Nadi, with December, January and February her busiest months; of the yachts based in Fiji, only a single yacht is longer.

Accommodation and crew

Three air-conditioned staterooms sleep six, two with queen beds and a third that converts to twins. Five crew look after them, close to a crew member for each guest.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 12 knots with 14 at the top and burns 42 litres an hour. Bow thrusters make close-quarters work easier, and her generators keep the power on away from a dock.

Charter notes

Che suits a family or friends travelling together who want their days spent in and on the water; she takes a three-day hire as well as a full week, and up to 12 can be aboard for a day.
