Haruku Power Catamaran

Haruku's deck plan is arranged around life outdoors: a broad shaded area laid out for barbecue dining in the open air, and double sunbeds on the bow.

Where she cruises

Bali is her home port, and her cruising stays within Indonesia, from the coastal water off Nusa Dua across to Nusa Lembongan and Penida. Lombok and Gili Island are within her reach as well, and her peak falls in December and again in January, February and March.

Accommodation and crew

Five cabins take ten guests overnight, while by day she can carry twenty-seven. The master is a double with its own bathroom, and the bunk-berth guest cabins have bathrooms of their own; the cabins and the lounge are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi reaches through the boat. A crew of six runs her, along with a full-service galley that handles the cooking and the laundry.

Comfort under way

She is a 73ft (22m) power catamaran built by Austral in 2006, and the twin-hull form gives her the wide, level decks guests spend their time on. She cruises at 12 knots, with 16 knots there if she needs it.

On deck

The flybridge carries lounges and open deck space in the shade, so the sea air and the view come without the glare. A dual swim and dive platform puts the water a step below, which makes getting in, and back out again, easy.

Water toys

Snorkelling gear comes in a spread of sizes, and there are kayaks, a surfboard, a wakeboard and a stand-up paddleboard, plus inflatables and tackle for line fishing. An 11ft tender runs guests ashore, and a jet ski can be added.
