Lady Amanda I Sailing Catamaran

Five cabins, each with a queen bed, mean the ten guests aboard Lady Amanda I all sleep in a full double rather than a bunk. She is a sailing catamaran from Leopard Catamarans, launched in 2020, and she measures 51ft (16m).

Accommodation and crew

Three crew run her for those ten, so the sailing, the cooking and the tender are handled by somebody else. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi reach through the boat, which keeps the sleeping spaces cool and the phones working.

Comfort under way

She cruises at 9 knots and tops out at 15, and her twin hulls hold her level, at anchor as much as under way, so moving about aboard stays easy.

Water toys

Her beach tender takes guests and their bags ashore without the boat having to shift, and snorkelling gear is carried for anyone who would rather swim looking down than across.

Where she cruises

Krk in Croatia is her home port, and Croatia is her cruising ground, with July and August her busiest months.

Charter notes

Two couples travelling together, or a family of ten, are her natural party, and she is offered by the day as well, when twelve can be aboard for a day charter – two more than she sleeps.
