Quiet running was designed into C3 from the outset: Van Cappellen consultants tuned her engine mounts and insulation to meet RINA's Comfort Class standard. Numarine delivered her in 2023, and that same engineering discipline carries through to her tankage and her stabilisers.
Build and provenance
C3 is a GRP motor yacht from the Numarine 26XP range, engineered against noise and vibration transfer into the structure rather than left to standard mounting alone. That attention to isolation is the kind of detail a surveyor notices before the sea trial even starts, and it sets the tone for the rest of the build.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, including a full-beam master and a separate VIP. Three crew have two cabins of their own belowdecks, and all the guest cabins sit on the lower level with generous headroom. The interior was recently refreshed, with new soft furnishings, new carpet throughout and a reworked dining layout; she is described as showing in near-new condition as a result.
Performance and engineering
Two 3,600 hp engines give her a 23-knot cruise and a 31-knot top speed, quick enough to cover real distance in a day rather than creep along the coast. Her tanks hold 2,906 gallons of fuel and 528 gallons of fresh water, enough for days away from a fuel dock, and stabilisers hold her steady at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
On deck, a hydraulic swim platform allows tender access, with an outdoor shower and sunpads for drying off and a barbecue on the sun deck for evenings at anchor. Bow and stern thrusters make her easy to handle alongside on her own, and underwater lights turn the transom into the evening's gathering point.

C3 lies in Fairhaven, in the United States. A viewing is arranged and attended by Boatcrowd, and once an offer is accepted, the survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
