ISA Sportivo 120 Motor Yacht
About ISA Sportivo 120
A 37-metre sports profile is the idea behind the ISA Sportivo 120: a low, purposeful motor yacht built for pace rather than volume. ISA is building her now, drawing on the styling language it uses on its larger sport yachts, with delivery due in 2028.
Build and provenance
She is a monohull built in Italy,, and at 235 gross tons she carries real volume inside her sport lines. Delivery is due in 2028, so a buyer is purchasing a yacht still in build rather than one with a service history to inspect.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, each with its own bathroom, a private-cabin count that suits a sport yacht built around speed rather than a house full of shared spaces. A crew of three runs her, a compact number that matches her size and her role as a fast, owner-driven yacht rather than a full-service charter boat.
Performance and engineering
Three MTU 16V2000M96L engines give the Sportivo 120 a 30-knot cruise and a 36-knot top speed, figures that put her closer to a sports yacht than a long-range cruiser. That pace calls for a hull built to handle it, not just to look fast at the dock.
On deck and at anchor
A jacuzzi sits in the bow,: the two spaces built for time at anchor rather than time at the dock.
Where she lies and how to see her
She is being built in Italy. We arrange every viewing for her and go along ourselves, and once an offer on her is accepted, the survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
