Build and provenance
Sunreef Yachts is her builder, delivering the Sunreef Ultima 111 as a composite catamaran with a GRP superstructure. She is still in build, with 2027 set as her build year, so there is a fixed specification and a delivery date ahead of her rather than a history behind her.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep in four cabins aboard the Sunreef Ultima 111, managed by a crew numbering five. The wide beam gives each cabin generous floor space, while the beach club unfolds from the stern toward the waterline when anchored.
Performance and engineering
She cruises at 12 knots, a pace that suits a displacement catamaran built for steady, level running. Zero speed stabilisers keep her level at anchor.
On deck and at anchor
The beach club sits at the stern, and a swimming pool doubles as a deck jacuzzi for guests who want the water without leaving the boat. A cinema is fitted for evenings aboard, and a gym with space for an onboard therapist covers the wellness side, alongside a sauna and steam room and a jet ski. Scuba gear and a variable draught round out what she carries, letting her sit shallower in an anchorage when the water calls for it.
Where she lies and how to see her
The Sunreef Ultima 111 is under construction in Gdansk, Poland, and Boatcrowd is arranging viewings there as her build progresses. Once an offer on her is accepted, a survey and sea trial follow before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
