Kapusha Motor Yacht
About Kapusha
Moving the port-side walkway up onto the roof sounds like a small change, but on Kapusha it frees an entire strip of interior width for the saloon and cabins below. She belongs to Sanlorenzo's Asymmetric series, delivered in 2021, and the extra space changes how the boat feels from the inside rather than how she looks from the water.
Build and provenance
Sanlorenzo built her as an SL96A, a 29-metre, 95-foot flybridge motor yacht on a monohull, on a beam of 6.8 metres with a draft of 2 metres. Zuccon International Project designed the interior. She has had one owner since delivery in 2021, has never been chartered, and has been maintained by the same captain and crew throughout, which for a buyer means a documented history rather than a mix of different management styles to untangle.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four en-suite cabins: a full-beam owner's suite, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins, one of which converts to a double. Four crew have separate quarters, keeping service apart from where guests spend their time. The relocated port walkway shows up here as extra width inside the saloon and cabins rather than on deck.
Performance and engineering
Two MTU 16V 2000 M86 engines give her a 24-knot cruise, and a range of 1,250 nautical miles means she can cover real distance between fuel stops. Zero-speed fin stabilisers hold her steady at anchor as well as under way, and a hydraulic stern thruster makes close-quarters handling straightforward for the crew. A tender and Seabobs live in her garage, ready to launch without extra logistics.
Where she lies and how to see her
Kapusha lies in Villeneuve-Loubet, France. Boatcrowd sets up viewings there and comes along for them, and once you put in an offer, survey and sea trial follow before anything is final.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
