About Ozone
A full-beam galley forward of the main deck, closed off from the salon by its own bar, is the layout call that shapes everything aft of it. Ozone carries that arrangement across 27 metres, styled outside by Officina Italiana Design and finished inside by Piero Lissoni. Sanlorenzo delivered her in 2018.
Build and provenance
She is a Sanlorenzo SX88, a GRP monohull built to the yard's flybridge format. No refit is recorded against her, so a survey reads the hull as built rather than as repaired.
Layout and accommodation
Nine guests sleep across four cabins with three crew to run the boat, a ratio that keeps the crew mess uncrowded even with a full owner's party aboard. The galley's separate bar lets a formal dinner run without a chef crossing the salon, and the cockpit carries a teak dining table for six with folding chairs for meals outdoors. The master cabin keeps a king-size bed, its own safe and a television, a fit-out for owners who use the cabin as more than a place to sleep.
Performance and engineering
Three Volvo IPS 1050 engines at 800 horsepower each give Ozone a 20-knot cruise, and their pod drives put a joystick at the helm for close work in a marina rather than a wheel and two throttles. Electric fin stabilisers hold her level at anchor, twin Kohler generators keep systems running off the dock, and a watermaker means fewer trips ashore for water on a longer stay.
Where she lies and how to see her
Ozone lies in Italy. Boatcrowd arranges a viewing and comes along for it, and once an offer is accepted we bring in the surveyor and set up the sea trial before anything moves further.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
