An explorer's stance built into a flybridge layout is the idea behind the Sanlorenzo SX76, and Firefly carries it through with conviction. Sanlorenzo delivered her new in 2025, and she lies in Nice today. The result reads as a yacht suited to a quiet weekend at anchor as much as a longer coastal passage.
Build and provenance
The SX76 is built in fibreglass on a monohull platform, and this example, Firefly, follows that construction, a straightforward base for the flybridge she carries above it. She was delivered new in 2025, so a buyer takes on a boat early in its working life rather than partway through a longer one. She measures 24 metres and 111 gross tonnes, dimensions that come through in the space below deck.
Layout and accommodation
Four cabins sleep eight guests, including a full-beam master suite, and a crew of two attend to them from their own quarters. A dining table for eight and a wet bar and grill on the flybridge extend the living space up top, so meals and the view move outside as easily as they stay in.
Performance and engineering
Twin 900hp Volvo Penta engines give her a 16-knot cruise and a top speed of 22.5 knots, with a range of 615 nautical miles that puts more distant anchorages within reach on a single tank. Stabilisers work both at anchor and under way, keeping a night off a beach as settled as a run along the coast.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club at the stern brings the sea within a step of the swimming platform, and sunpads spread across the deck for the hours in between swims. A jet ski and seabobs are stowed aboard, so the toys are never far from the platform either.
Where she lies and how to see her
Firefly lies in Nice, France. Boatcrowd sets up viewings and is there for each one, and once a buyer's offer is accepted, a survey and sea trial follow before anything is final.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
