Blue Angel Motor Yacht
About Blue Angel
A top speed of 27 knots and a 23-knot cruise are the numbers that describe Blue Angel best: a planing hull built for pace rather than comfort at rest. Sanlorenzo delivered her in 2021 as part of the Asymmetric series, with her hull drawn by Zuccon for that speed. She lies in San Remo, Italy, offered through Boatcrowd.
Build and provenance
Sanlorenzo built Blue Angel in 2021 as part of the Asymmetric series, a GRP monohull classed with RINA. Zuccon drew her exterior while the yard's own studio designed the interior in-house. Interior finishes include bleached striped oak on the walls and furniture, Nuvola Canapa leather and smoked mirror accents, with furniture from Minotti, Baxter and Roda set beneath floor-to-ceiling windows.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across four cabins, with a crew of five to look after them. Her asymmetric layout gives a close connection between the saloon and the deck, and the floor-to-ceiling glazing carries natural light back through the guest areas, so days aboard move easily between the interior and the deck outside.
Performance and engineering
Twin MTU 2,637 hp engines drive Blue Angel to her 27-knot top speed and 23-knot cruise, with electric zero-speed stabilisers holding her level at anchor as well as under way. She carries 19,500 litres of fuel and 4,020 litres of fresh water, tankage sized for the pace her engines are built to hold.
Where she lies and how to see her
Blue Angel lies in San Remo, Italy. A viewing is arranged and attended by Boatcrowd from the initial visit through to an accepted offer, after which we bring in the surveyor and set up the sea trial before handover.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
