Build and provenance
Princess built her in 2016 as a flybridge cruiser, one of the yard's Fly-series models, and she had a refit in 2024 that touched the tender, the carpeting, the sunroof mechanism, the entertainment and connectivity systems, and the galley appliances, including a new washer-dryer and dishwasher. For a buyer, a documented 2024 refit on a 2016 hull means the living systems are recent even though the hull itself is not new.
Layout and accommodation
Eight guests sleep across 4 cabins aboard True Riviera, arranged around a full-beam Owner's suite on the lower deck, a forward VIP cabin, a twin cabin and one further stateroom. The main deck salon takes panoramic windows down its sides, and aft the cockpit opens into an exterior dining area, where meals can move outside the saloon.
Performance and engineering
Twin MAN engines rated at 1,400 hp each give True Riviera her push, paired with a 20kW Cummins generator for hotel loads at anchor, and fin stabilisers work both underway and at rest to keep the ride level. For a new owner that combination means less to upgrade: the mechanical side of the boat has already been sized for comfortable cruising rather than left to be sorted out later.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
