ISA GT 45M Motor Yacht
About ISA GT 45M
A draft of just 2.3 metres puts shallow coves and hidden anchorages within reach, and that, more than headline speed, is what will define how an owner uses the ISA GT 45M season to season. ISA is building her in Italy for delivery in 2028, a tri-deck yacht on what the yard calls a proven naval platform.
Build and provenance
An aluminium superstructure sits over a steel hull, the combination ISA uses for durability and stability through her build. Enrico Gobbi drew the exterior lines and Luca Dini Design fitted the interior, with Registro Italiano Navale classification covering construction from keel to handover.
Layout and accommodation
Five staterooms sleep 10 guests, including a Master Suite, two VIP cabins, and two twin cabins, with nine crew aboard to run the boat day to day. The tri-deck arrangement keeps guest living spread across the main and upper decks.
Performance and engineering
Twin Caterpillar engines give the ISA GT 45M a 14.5-knot cruise and a 16.5-knot top speed, with a 3,800-nautical-mile range that puts an ocean crossing within reach rather than just coastal hops. At 425 gross tonnes on a 44-metre hull, she carries her volume without the draft that would keep her out of the shallow water an owner actually wants to anchor in.
Where she lies and how to see her
ISA is building the ISA GT 45M in Italy, with delivery due in 2028. A buyer can see the build in person through Boatcrowd, who will be there for the viewing; once an offer is accepted, survey and sea trial happen before she changes hands.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
