About Rhino
Seven hundred and ten gross tons on a fifty-four-metre hull is a generous ratio, and it shows in how Rhino carries her volume: broad decks, a full-beam suite, and proportions that read larger than her length. Benetti delivered her in 2016, and a 2026 refit brought her interiors up to a current standard without changing the proportions that make her feel larger than she is.
Build and provenance
Benetti built Rhino as a custom hull, part of the yard's steel custom series rather than a production run. Stefano Natucci drew her exterior and Francois Zuretti designed the interior, and a 2026 refit brought those interiors up to date. Her hull is steel, chosen for comfort and stability on long passages, and she is classed with the American Bureau of Shipping.
Layout and accommodation
Twelve guests sleep across six staterooms, led by a full-beam Owner's Stateroom on the main deck. Three VIP staterooms sit on the lower deck, giving the ownership party and guests separate decks to themselves. A crew of eleven runs the boat, enough to keep a full guest list looked after without feeling stretched.
Performance and engineering
Two 2,365 hp Caterpillar M351C-HD engines give her a 12-knot cruise and a 17-knot top speed, and a 4,000-nautical-mile range puts an ocean crossing within reach rather than just a coastal hop. At 9.6 metres of beam and a 2.92-metre draft, she holds the proportions of a passage-maker. Two Northern Lights generators at 155 kW apiece carry the hotel load, and stabilisers hold her steady once the anchor is down.
On deck and at anchor
A beach club opens the stern to the water, and the sundeck carries a jacuzzi for evenings at anchor. A gym keeps a workout possible underway, and sunpads spread across the open decks for the rest of the day.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
