A custom build carries no sister ships and no production line: every metre of Boardwalk V was drawn against one owner's brief before Feadship laid her keel. She was delivered in 2021 at 77 metres, and at 1,848 gross tons she carries the volume of a much longer yacht into her length. She is offered through Boatcrowd from Civitavecchia.
Build and provenance
Feadship built her to order as a fully custom motor yacht, on a monohull with a displacement style meant for distance rather than speed. Her beam of 12.3 metres is wide for her length, the kind of number that buys interior volume rather than corridors. No refit is on record, so a buyer's survey will read Boardwalk V as she left the yard in 2021, not as a yacht rebuilt since.
Layout and accommodation
Fourteen guests sleep across seven cabins, looked after by a crew of 22, a ratio that puts more than one crew member to every two guests. That kind of crew depth is what keeps service running rather than visible, the difference between a full day of service and a full day of asking for it.
Performance and engineering
Two 3,046 hp MTU 16V 4000 M63L engines give her a 15-knot cruise and 18.4 knots at full throttle, figures that belong to a displacement hull built for distance rather than speed, the kind of yacht an owner chooses for a long season underway rather than a fast weekend out.

Buying Costs
- Survey
- A buyer normally commissions a condition survey, and a sea trial, once an offer is accepted and before the sale becomes unconditional. The cost depends on her size and on where she is lifted, and it is the buyer who appoints the surveyor.
- Registration and flag
- She will be registered on a flag of the buyer's choosing, which carries its own fees and its own survey and crew requirements. Where the yacht is owned through a company, the shares rather than the vessel may change hands, which changes what is payable.
- VAT and import
- Whether VAT is due, and where, depends on the yacht's current status, her flag, the buyer's residency and where she is delivered. Where the seller has stated her VAT status, it is shown with the asking price on her page, and it is confirmed in writing before an offer is made.
- Running costs
- Crew, berthing, insurance, class and annual maintenance continue from the day she is yours. A yacht that is also chartered earns against them, and we will set out what her season has actually returned before you commit.
